• aggressiveness as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
• reckless disregard for the safety of others
• consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to honor financial obligations
• lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another (too many examples to list!).

Indulging my inner pop psychologist, I would say he is a megalomaniac. Many years ago I saw a speech he was giving (back when I didn't run for the mute button every time he appears on my Tv) and right in the middle, during a applaud-pause he took a half step back from the podium and all of the sudden his eyes went wild and he got this twisted Joker like smile on his face. At that very moment I knew that the man was insane. Why? Because I seen that look before, on our last governor (and he was diagnosed with extreme bi-polar disorder). He seem to be high or something, it was unreal.

We have some crazies in the office. But what is really crazy. No one in Government wants to impeach these nut jobs out of there. Or I should correct that statement.
Not enough sane people in Congress to do anything about it.
