OMG What a horrible thing for anyone to do to an innocent dog. I hope the people responsible for doing that are eventually dealt with in the same way.

This is horrible. Six years hard time might be more appropriate. But I wonder if bringing in the dog to face his torturers will just cause the poor guy more stress. I mean what good can come from that and is it really necessary? How confusing it may be for him.
