I knew this guy and he was truly a great guy. He's been going to school to be a doctor because as he said, doctors saved his life when he was just a couple years old. The worst part is that he just got married. A very sad day here in Wisconsin.

now that they released it, here is some more info on him:

In 2003 he moved back to his hometown of Wausau and attended the University of Wisconsin Marathon County before transferring to UW-Madison, where he recently completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. He was preparing to take medical school entrance exams at the time of his death.
As a baby and small child, Shaun fought and survived cancer that almost took his life. He overcame all odds against him and was our miracle child, our gift from God. I don't hunt anymore because it is so commercialized and it is now just a sport. People come from long distances and pay some guy big money to guide them around while they get wasted and put other lives (besides the animals) in danger, shoot their own foot off, shoot the neighbors horse... a white one. How close a resemblance is that to a white tailed deer?
Some guys will just ask you if they can sit inside your barn and wait for the deer. How truly thrilling

It just doesn't hold any challenge for the true hunter.
