Mindboggling horrid usability, aesthetics and visual design, behaviors, keyboard actions, screen real estate management, etc. And no undo.</DIV>
No wonder the practice has completely abandoned the service just 6 months into getting it (for $500k). The office has gone back to paper.<BR /><DIV>

NextGen EMR problems. There are some groups
forming a Class Action Lawsuit for compaines
like yours that spent 500k on a product that
