And he didn't take YOUR job. YOUR job is now defunct. Imus does a different job.
Now, if Imus will keep the politics,the interviews, a bit of satire, but lose the shock(offensive) style schtick, step up the intelligent part and ease off on the sophomoric part, he'll be able to grow "old" gracefully,and fill a gap in morning radio. Later get a station in D.C. and maybe more markets later, it'll be good.

I've listened to Curtis & Kuby and will say he brought a liberal view in a tasteful way.Reasonably presented.
You didn't want to instantly disagree because he was disgusting or nasty, which he wasn't.
