Sounds absolutely ridiculous!!! "..didn't have the time to sit at a computer" but had enough to thumb out 384 pages!???!?! PLEASE!!!

Sounds like a new publicity stunt to me.

However, I'm pretty sure it was still edited with all mistakes taken out and paragraphs put in!!
