The resin of cannabis seized is characterized by a very strong content in theory active (between 8 and 15% of tetrahydrocannabinol - THC). With the sight of the stopping set up by the flying customs on the road of SAINT LAURENT de Cerdans (the Pyrenees Eastern), the vehicle of strong power (525 cv) used by the traffickers made half turn towards Spain with sharp pace.
