They required the British Board of trade to carry out their plans and they needed the British Navy to police and enforce their rules.

Principled as they were they refused to allow these European bankers a license to enslave Britons much less humanity. So the bankers deposed the Stuarts and installed their own man, William III of Orange a German prince living in Denmark in 1689.
