So - every tie somebody rings her bell, she's supposed to say, "If it's the police, I'm blind and scared?"

Without a warrant, even opening your door is not cause for police to enter unless you specifically invite them in. However, once inside, all bets are off. They can cuff you, throw you to the floor, tear your place apart, and if they don't find what they want, leave without apology.
