I get that feeling. I know the exasperation. What seemed once like a sincere, fairly balanced people who would open their eyes pretty quickly after a mass misperception now seem to have been rapidly re-indoctrinated, put under hypnosis, put to sleep, or even just totally replaced with other and different people.
"Who are these people and where have you put the Americans that used to live here?"

Pod people dave, pod people.

Except it didn't happen overnight, it has slowly been growing for decades.

We speak of being the "richest" nation on earth, we are the most indebted. We speak of our superior intellect, and we test out at the bottom of all industrialized nations--yet spend the most, the list goes on and on.

Even as my husband's 25 year old business is being systematically wiped out by the government and the banks, even HE won't listen.

I'm at disaster survival mode now. My fear is the majority that refuse to see the truth.
