neochonetes says: There are audio and video clips for most of these songs. Very cool. Thanks neochonetes. Since I live ina musical backwater the radio airwaves aren't very enjoyable (at least to me). The internet provides the exposure I use to receive when I lived in musically diverse communities. Another website you might want to try is www.cdbaby.com The music their is Independent music but a lot of the musicians are session musicians who backup the more well known performers. The site provides 2 minute clips of the songs. Gives you a much better idea of what you are purchasing. I also like how they group music genres into "Sounds like" (another performer), "Mood" and other helpful categories. Thanks for the URL. I will check it out. Yes, Bobby, living on Walden Pond isn't all it's cracked up to be...except for modern technology. I know what you mean about radio. Our town is so small that the last flood, in June 2007, took out our only grocery store and flooded the only convenience store. Still have the convenience store, but waiting on the grocery store. |
