The only thing I can say Tanya was Dale Midkiff was horrible as was the choice for a wife (Lt. Tasha Yar? yeah, that's believable. ) Two stand-out performances and they were both recognized for it and one either won or was nominated for Best Supporting Actor: Edward Gwynn as Jud Crandall was PERFECT. If you read the book, you may have imagined exactly what Crandal looked like and sounded like. I read it for the second time a week before the release and I heard and saw the man we all knew as Hermann Munster as the dodgy old codger. He had just made his triumphant return in My Cousin Vinny and Disorganized Crime. Still, that is the one SK book that gives me nightmares even though the movie was... |
