breast feeding is clearly the way to go if possible. looking back, i wish i fed both my daughters longer-- my oldest i breast fed for 3 months, and my youngest for only 1....so many benefits...

BUT WITH SOME WOMEN THEY WONT AT ANY COST.JUST AS A FOOTNOTE ALL THE GIRLS IN STEPHANIE'S BREST FEEDING CLUB HAVE REMAINED BEST FRIENDS EVER SINCE,SEEMS TO BE A BOND AMONGST THEM SHE SAYS THAT WONT GO AWAY.
