One major plank to al-Qaeda's was the presence of the 'white infidel' on Arab lands - just like the presence of US troops in Saudi Arabia earlier in Gulf2. The solution was simple. Pay Muslim troops ie Pakistani, Indonesian, Moroccan even Indian etc to do the fighting... |
