<BR /><DIV>景氣這麼差嗎？連電子外商公司台灣據點也都吹起撤退潮，像全球第五大的軟體公司「組合國際」，原本只是要資遣總經理縮小分公司的規模，卻演變成撤出台灣據點，而且連電話都轉接到大陸公司。
</DIV>
<BR /><DIV>黑嘛嘛的樓梯間，還有緊閉的電動門，組合國際台灣分公司裡頭沒開燈，沒有工作人員，因為組合國際的總公司，10月底宣布要結束的台灣據點，現在連分公司的電話也全都轉接到大陸去。

<BR /><DIV>雖然連一樓的招標都還沒拆掉，但組合國際撤掉台灣的據點已經是個事實，而且連總經理劉淑芬也不放過，其實原本只是要資遣總經理，縮小分公司的規模，現在卻演變成全球第五大的軟體公司完全撤出台灣，就能知道現在景氣真的很低迷。

<BR /><DIV>目前一共有3216家外商在台灣設立分公司，但光是下半年，就有24家解散撤銷，其中還包含2家半導體公司跟光電科技，還有做軟體開發。
