A very nice study!
Pointing just to the point of how things have not changed since men appeared. The more we will not attend to it, individually and otherwise, the more the gaps in relation to the advancement in technology and philosophy... will widen.

I was lucky enough to see an explanation of today's obesity problem, with the emphasis on the fact that humans had lived under famine type conditions for so long that the body has learnt to make full use of everything we eat. Now we eat processed food or/and too much. (And this affluent/effluent period has been there for only the last 60 years.)
Can't get away from history.
