Prospects need intensive training.

When a new football prospect gets drafted into the NFL he will go through a brand new training regime.

How will he fit into the system?

It will take weeks to learn the new system. A play book the size of a Sears catalog will be his next best friend in training camp.

Can't cut the training? Trades are part of the football business.

Train your prospects in your system. What learning style works best for them. Audio? Video? Text?
