Thomas for kidnapping and conspiracy to commit murder for his <A href="http://www.usmc.mil/lapa/Iraq/Hamdania/Hamdania-Timeline.htm">actions in Hamdania, Iraq.</A>  He was acquitted of unpremeditated murder, false official statement, larceny, and housebreaking.
