I wonder when it'll stop. Folks on the west coast have it worse at $5 a gallon.

I kind of hope it continues so that we don't lose our focus on innovation. In my opinion, the only way out of this situation for the very long term is to move to renewable forms of energy such as wind and solar. If gas prices come down, i worry that we'll lose the dedication needed to develop these alternatives.
