Un Gobierno limitado no es que no existe o no interviene en la economía, sino el que se limita a tratar con la violencia y el fraude, y mediante las leyes generales. Y en tales casos interviene, en la economía y en toda actividad privada, pero sólo entonces, a través de jueces, y con arreglo a las disposiciones establecidas en esas leyes.
