Jafla I am hoping that you said this as tongue in cheek. If not I am puzzled why the church has to adopt a policy that is not inforced anywhere else on this planet. I do not know about you but I have been offended lots of times in my life from teachers to principles to business owners and politicians who seem to think by belittling someone else they are uplifting themselves. After I finally came to my senses and accepted the gospel and repented of my sins I did not hold a very high opinion of those goosestepping religious leaders who took my money but offered nothing of value in return.
