interesting I'm not sure a semantic subtlety like that deserves a full article, but nice clip anyway. Agreed kakamuso. It's not the crash into the tree at high speed that killed him, it was the blood loss which caused the system to shut down; technically it wasn't the crash that killed him, just the brain's inability to continue functioning. If the victim could avoid bleeding, it stands to reason that there are many accidents that would prove less than fatal for them. As people get older, their cells simply don't work as well, and can't stave off disease as easily or heal as well as they once could. As a result, older people may die from injuries or diseases that a younger person would easily survive. Soylent green is people! PEOPLE!! any vegetarians in the house?? kankamuso and l1newulf, you guys have a well-stated case. Hey mousie! My mom let me watch the movie when I was younger. I've always wanted a shirt that says that: Soylent green is people. Haraya, I love the way he shouts it out in the movie. "Peeee-puuuuuuuuuhlllllll." I really don't know if this is truth or not but my grandmother dies at 120 years of age...Why?..They doctors told us that she died of age...Truth?... Who knows... |
