This really seems like such a tender and sweet thing to do for a child. What did the toys do while the child was away?

I would love to do this for my daughter one day. I must remember!

Reminds me of the time My granddaughter was still in a stroller and I took her window shopping. She always had her toy spaniel Honey with her. Well, she put Honey down and we left the store. A block later she screams Honey! We turn around and we're running back ( I am) to the store and she's hollering at the top of her lungs, "Hang on Honey, I'm coming!",Over and over until we got back and found her. We got some strange looks.

Aw, what a sweet story, Tanyamm. We lost my daughter's beloved blankie in a store and it was quite the search to find it. Whew!
