The little bit of exploration into sufism I have done, leads me to "feel" this is the closest spiritual practice to "be thou like a little child" and children whirl for no reason - just the sheer joy of whirling. Children don’t whirl in worship to any particular god, saint or otherwise. They just whirl, for the sheer joy of it. I think this is the difference between children and adults. |
