thisnamecantbetaken says: Not likely, you say. Really. Just a few years ago, we didn’t think that genetically modified animals would be an issue. Now it is. When the genetically modified baby boom starts coming into play, don’t you think the designers will want a patent on the genes? And do you think they will be any less willing to enforce their patent on those genes than Monsanto is on farmers who use the company’s patented technology for crops? Let’s face it. We could be looking at a future of patented designer humans. If a person is found to have the patented gene, that person could be indebted for life to the patent holder – born to pay from the moment of conception. This is a multinational corporate wet dream. And last but certainly not least, we have to ask ourselves – do we really want genetically modified humans in our midst? I can create human sperm. What's the big deal? As long as you don't start sending bills to the recipients of your sperm, then no big deal, I reckon.. I've been watching this on the news. It's actually kind of scary. What kind of humans(?) will these produce. That makes me wonder how sperm banks invoice their customers It could be a one-time flat fee, but they could also bill in units times the rate? I still don't know how the scientists pulled that one off. Sure they created sperm. But like most scientists, they have no clue as where to put it. clip-on-tie is on a roll! btw, where is everyone getting the smiley's oops, forgot the ? mark We allowed Monsanto to take over and genetically modify soybeans, corn, etc...and no one seemed to care...........let someone else take care of it. All in the name of FEEDING the world and the starving people, when the agenda was and is.............. GREED.........and holding the world hostage if they want to eat! No big deal clip on. Try understanding the subtle differences between at least 20 brands of vodka. Hey, clip-on-tie! Can't you create a president for us? >>>>>> Thanks Kreuzberg for the monsanto link on facebook. Monsanto is a giant monster that needs to be stopped. This clip makes some very valid point. But one equally as important thing that was left out is that we should ban all photographic equipment, because they steal souls, which the corporations will collect. Then they'll put a patent them and each person whose soul was stolen will be indebted for life to the patent holder - made to pay from the moment of snap. This is also a multinational corporate wet dream. And last but certainly not least, we have to ask ourselves – do we really want soul-less humans in our midst? |
