I'm wonder who the "we" is. Can't possibly be the USA, a nation clearly in its descendancy. The United Nations is a toothless old dog, and a united Europe is still an ideal. China, I think, always has been and always will be a law unto itself.

China's environmental problems may slow down their war effort. The best way to stop them is to boycott all products. It would need to be a worldwide effort that would cripple their economy.
