When are we going to grow up? Breast feeding is as natural as giving birth.

How hard is it to understand that breastfeeding is about nourishing a child, not exhibitionism? We're still hung up on this? Really?

I think it's because for some reason people think of the female breast as being a sexual organ.

So dumb. I'm sure I'm over-thinking it, but it feels like another way to keep women in a sexualized role all the time. It is okay for a little girl to give her doll a bottle, but not to breast feed her doll? In many households, there is no bottle, only breastfeeding.

Throwing a fit over this is a terrific way to teach little girls (and grown women) that their body is shameful, and their breasts are only for BOYS.

This whole thing makes me mad and sorta sick.

I looked at the small picture of the poster, the little girl is even doing the motions through her clothing. It's a very cute picture. Anyone who finds something wrong with this has some very serious mental problems and probably should not be left alone with little girls. There's a reason I said the last bit, and I am very serious about it. Do not leave them alone! EVER!
