On the freezer drawer roller / gear system, there are round gears on each side that engage into the fixed track. If the drawer is pulled out all the way the small round gear wheels can spin freely disengaged with the long matching gear track runner. If one is not careful and pushes unevenly on the drawer when pushing it back  in, the gear on one side can engage the track gear out of sync with the other side, which will result in the drawer becoming uneven, causing the rubber seal not to seal to the refrigerator which then leaks the cold air. The gap is about 1 / 4" inch. This is a very bad design.
