a columbia u professor's simplistic description

Wolfxman, are you teaching or taking a statistics course? I am currently teaching one and I too am finding it difficult to explain this idea of sampling distributions.

jklugman, I am currently taking a grad level course at UMN (Twin Cities) and trying to concpetualize this idea.
