Welfare mentality. Don't have to work if you have children under a certain age and just keep having more, because the more children the more money. Sad really.

I know for a fact that this is true among many young women. I've heard it said that the one with the most babies in High School...wins. Of course, it's not the parents that take care of those babies while the girls continue in school....we know who. It's the old grannies and the State.
