jklugman says: But don't worry! Peter Pace, chairman of the JCS, says that Iraq has undergone a "sea change" in security, and David Petraeus told Hugh Hewitt that "(W)e have achieved what we believe is a reasonable degree of tactical momentum on the ground" Yeah, fairy tales and wonderlands sure make for peaceful neocons dreams. And we're off to see the wizard, just follow the oil & blood slicked road..... Listening to some of the hype and propaganda this crew is spewing, one has to wonder if they are smoking some new, potent kind of ganja, or if they are just so blindly loyal to the sick minds running this administration that they put it before they consider the wellbeing of our troops and the country as a whole. This entire group of warmongers should be arrested, and dragged to the Hague to stand trial for war crimes. That's funny. My sources have it that in once violence torn places in Anbar the command centers reminds one of a room full of bored Maytag repairmen. It is quiet in Iraq. One soldier writes his mom he is absolutely bored. The once respected Reuters news service is now a liberal propaganda arm. If there is any ramp up in violence, it is our killing and capturing the enemy. I say Iraq needs a lot more violence such as this. God bless and support our troops, and God bless George Bush. If there is any ramp up in violence, it is our killing and capturing the enemy. I say Iraq needs a lot more violence such as this. This is incorrect on two counts: (1) Reuters was taking data from the Pentagon. There's your liberal propaganda arm. (2) The data was only referring to "attacks against coalition troops, Iraqi security forces, civilians and infrastructure", not American attacks on the enemy. God has something in store for George W. Bush and it isn't blessings. |
