Oh, please!! This hole site is obvious that does exactly clipping marks from other sites... I don't know why the address of the original site wasn't clipped and the link doesn't appear.... Maybe in my rush I didn't clip or.. or...or... As far as I see the pictures of the mudras do not appear either....

You must consider me rather stupid to try to steal an article like this, and I mean an article that has to do with help and inner progress and present it here half and obviously lame...
