An offshoot of this is the people who routinely walk around with those creepy Bluetooth earpieces attached to their ears 24/7—which makes them look like the Borg.
This seems like such a rude thing to do, to me. Are you so popular that you can't take that thing out of your ear while you have lunch or dinner with other people? grrrr.

Maybe if you were waiting on the call that your transplant organ was available...

GAME CONSOLE COUCH SQUAT. This is also something new and it affects all ages. It consists of sitting on a couch with a controller in your hand and gyrating around using body English in an attempt to control some action on a TV screen hooked to a video game console. This is now a stereotyped image. It's seen on TV commercials, TV shows, and in homes around the world.

Re: Bluetooths (Blueteeth?)
I have a Treo 650, and though I love it's web/messaging capabilities, when I'm on long calls, my hair/cheek/face region tends to press the numbers displayed on the touch-screen. A friend of mine said I needed to use a bluetooth with my phone. I refuse to be on of those people. ...but it really annoys people on the other end of my line.
