Sooo cute, what chubby little cheeks.

It's those little chubbie cheeks that give babies their irresistible cuteness, isn't it?

On a side note, (and I hope this isn't too far off topic), but do you know why babies have such fat little cheeks? They have a cushion of fat deposits there, called corpus adiposum buccae and they are there, so the baby doesn't suck in it's cheeks while suckling. They lose these deposits as they grow. Some people retain them though and even complain about having baby cheeks when they get older. I just though that was a cute bit of baby trivia.

I've always wondered why fat bottoms, round bellies and dimples in thighs don't look as cute on grown-ups. :~)
