The only convictions of any "terrorists" since 9/11 (the alleged Kahli Sheik Mohammed) was gained through "redacted" (edited) testimony after long periods of torture--not by any other evidence. (And for the record, the man in Guantanamo was not the mastermind of 9/11 and the government had no other evidence).

It is a reassuring that people such as Obermann are now getting a chance to express these views. Dick'n'George should be impeached (that is up to the sheepish congress where there is finally some action) and charged as war criminals etc.
The way they hold Congress in contempt should spur members to assert the power of congress has equal power.
If nothing is done, none of their children will be able to study recent history without being ashamed of their parents inaction. Same for the grandchildren.
