I've been absent from Clipmarks for a while, while I traveled in India and then had to make up for vacation by working overtime back in Beijing.

I'm back now, and settled in, and putting pictures of my adventures up on facebook.

Still, life goes on, and South Asians are completely irrepressible. But the Kashmir is a warehouse of ruins - ancient and modern.

In Srinagar, there w...

It's been too long since I've been there (20 years actually) and it used to be so amicable back then. Your photos took me back quite a long way... and I'm glad to know there is still some zest in Srinigar, and hope we all overcome our violent history to enjoy each other's cultures openly.
