tlbrack says: This is why people in America should stop mutilating their baby boys. I concur. Hear! Here! When people ask me about circumcising their newborns (I'm a nurse), I tell them - "Let your son make the decision. Wait until he's 18 years old and then ask him if he would like to have part of his penis cut off." Awesome Redhead! Unfortunately, not many US nurses are as enlightened as you are. Keep educating! Is this true?? Would that then incur, that circumcised men last longer, so to speak? . Just kidding, but I've never heard a guy complain that he was desensitized in any way because of a circumcision? It's just a tiny bit of skin, not the whole wrapper they remove, after all. I'd love to hear from some of the guys on this one.... is it true? This really pisses me off! I have always suspected that the removal of the most sensitive part of my penis(without my consent) greatly reduced the amount of sensation and pleasure I could feel during sex. When I make this argument to my mother or any mother that has circumcised their child, I am told that any reduction in sensitivity is far outweighed by the reduced risk of infection. I think this is the same mentality that thinks some internal organs are vestigial and disposable because they don't understand there function. This kind of argument makes me wonder how the human species managed survive for millions of years before someone had the brilliant idea to start whacking off your (unnecessary) parts! I've never had a problem with it. |
