Unleashed Criminals. They are totally within their rights to sieze the ship and search the cargo for weapons. Only then should they release the ship! The article I read was quite different. (surprise) The ship was trying to run the blockade and "...troops found about 150 bottles of mineral water and a few dozen kilograms of food and medicine on board, despite earlier claims that it was carrying dozens of tons of humanitarian aid." "An IDF army spokesman said no gunfire was used in taking control of the vessel and most of the 20 passengers aboard were from media organizations." I guess it really does depend on who's writing the article as to what the "facts" are. The facts are: this vessel was travailing on an international sea water and the Israeli army attacked the ship and seize the people on it in a pirate actions. What ever reasons you or the IDF will claim, that what exactly happened. To realize the problem, replace the words "Israel" and "Israeli" with "Lebanon" and "Lebanese" for example and try to justify the actions then, Can you? |
