I'll bet she missed out what the constitution has to say about the role of the Vice President in overseeing the Senate!

When I heard Palin describing the role of the Vice President I was mildly shocked at not being shocked.

Her words, and McCains have all just become as meaningless as hot-air balloons that have run out of gas.
