Host Joe Scarborough could be heard laughing uproariously during Chris' rant while Mika Brzezinksi repeatedly exclaimed "oh my gosh," "wow" and "that's harsh!"

Note: Commenting on the ad over at Hot Air, Bryan calls Hillary a "statist Santa."
Chris Matthews shouldn't count on a Christmas card from Hillary after the way he absolutely unloaded on her on Morning Joe today. The topic was her Christmas ad [view YouTube here], which shows her "giving" a variety of government programs to the American people.

CHRIS MATTHEWS: I always thought the problem with Hillary was, her notion of government was, "I am Evita, I am the one who gives gifts to the little people and then they come and bring me flowers and they worship at me because I am the great Evita."

View video here. Chris was far from done.

I've always been a big Matthews fan. He must be doing something right when everyone on the far-left thinks he's a fascist and everyone on the far-right thinks he's a communist.

I guess his reaction to the Hillary Christmas campaign
ad was pretty much like mine. It was just so nauseating
and phony.

So, Hillary - you're going to TAKE my hard-earned money away from me by force (raising taxes) so that you can GIVE me things I don't need or want! Wait - you're not giving these things to ME - you are giving them to the deluded sheep who can't wait to vote for you.

Honestly, I would have expected that Mrs. Clinton had better sense than to put out an ad where she looks like a smug Communist glorying in her power to redistribute the nation's wealth at will.

With the creeping incrementalism there is no shock to the idea.
Since the fall of USSR, the USA has inched towards that direction in what might be acceptable. In thought, speech, and writing. Many can be found right around here in numbers disproportionate to reality
Props to you, Crazy Red, for keeping your Head while too many others around you are loosing theirs.
