To find powers of composites, you have to break them into primes and then find the occurrences of the largest prime. That will be the number of times your composite will appear in the factorial.

Ex: how many times does 22 show up in 50!?

Primes are 2 and 11, obviously 2 will occur more often, so for every power of 11, there will be a corresponding 2 to make 22. Get the number 11 occurs:
50/11=4
4/11=0

4, so 22 occurs 4 times.
