Incredible! How could this NOT be unconstitutional? It is nothing more than prejudice against people who do not hold a belief in some mythical being. This story is so off the scale that I really don't know how to respond. I do not think that disbarment would be too harsh a consequence for this judge.

Coerced religious training? Yep, that could have been one outcome but I have my reservations if it could have been the best one.
