I've been predicting this for a while now. I would love to be wrong, but strategically speaking it would be the wise course for the Neocon agenda... and the wrong course for the rest of the world. What really scares me is that the majority of Americans do not understand the strange sort of martial law Bill Clinton ushered in and still remains in place today. (Some of that you can find mentioned here: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=17078) Were Bush to attack Iran, it is entirely feasible he could remain in office, Bill made sure of that. This would be the best "win" for the oil industry as well as the Neocons.

All I know is that it would be a bloody bad idea all the way around.
