Yep, he's doing it. Is there any enemy's rear he hasn't kiss or ally he hasn't stiffed? The man is a pox on America.

All his "change" is leaving me with no "hope".

In reality it's blackmail. Russia *says* it might help with pressure on Iran. In the meantime both Russia & Iran are increasing their military presence right under our noses; ie. off our coasts.

This is really awful.
