Does this make sense? This doctor said we need Universal health care because:

"We are facing enormous bureaucracy which inflicts ridiculous costs and crazy rules on us."

So, the cure is to add more bureaucracy by government run health care? Why not address his reported problem, cut the bureaucracy!
