I feel solidarity with the blue footed booby, and its comically incongruous bright blue feet and almost desperate courtship behaviour, I think we are kindred spirits.
Don't let the blighters get us down, that's what I say!

Such an amazing bird. I think I read somewhere, that blue is the hardest, most energy expensive colour for nature to produce, but for them it seems worth it! (Don't quote me on that though, maybe it was red, but it's awesome nonetheless.
