I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this interview. I can think of no other reason for this person to make such an allegation except as a way to encourage negative thinking about gays, as if there isn't enough of that going around already. This tragedy is bad enough, let's not turn it into a hate fest against gays or any other minority group One man did this. Whether he was gay or straight plays no part in his actions to anyone's actual knowledge.

It is unbelievable to me that people can manipulate and bastardize facts about a situation in order to meet their own personal political agenda. This shooting is a national tragedy and should be treated and respected as such. The fact that this person would use this event to promote their own agenda is tragic as well. There is so much hate "out there" on so many different levels.
