Hey chez, I heard you talkin' just the other day, said you were gonna put me on the shelf. but I got some news for you, and you'll soon find out it's true....ha.
This is not only worrisome, Constitutionally, but it adds to the muddle of things in our modern lives that seem to part of the shi(f)t that we all have to deal with that makes modern life so complex and stressful. Now, I don't have anything to hide in my conversations, except for bxxfktzzle and geednkllpt, but I'd at least like to know when someone's eavesdropping so I could give them an earful!

Turn off your phone if you worry someone is listening. The microphone doesn't work when the phone is off. Letting calls go to voice mail is the price to pay for privacy if you worry about this.

Actually some programs are capable of turning phones on as alot of newer phones are never really off. They just go into a kind of standby mode where they appear to be off. Also the GPS is generally permanently active unless the battery is removed, just a cautionary piece of info for those who register their phones.

This kind of tech has been around since about 2001, while it was in its infancy and almost unrecognizable compared to its modern day counter-part, this Anti-Privacy Technology has been with for a long time and includes the abilty to read texts and emails, to view pictures etc and anything else that may be on your phone like your phonebook.

In order for this to work. Does the target phone have to have the Bluetooth enabled? And, would the person have had to have my phone physically in order to download something. Or they don't need my phone at all????
