I use Google and EyeSpot, numbers 6 and 10 on this list. They have the least intrusive advertising and seem the best for personal clips, that may not have mass appeal.

Cool. I've always liked the Vimeo viewer (http://www.vimeo.com) as well as the great creative community at the site.
