?new standard for confirmation that could not be met by any responsible nominee for attorney general" -- So clearly, Bush is stating that he considers responsible nominees for attorney general to support waterboarding and other torture methods.

I want to see an attorney general who will uphold the law and go after Bush for his flagrant breaking of US and international law.
